The name “Su Misura” — meaning "tailor-made" in Italian — reflects both a personalized approach to cooking and a nod to this family legacy. At the entrance of the restaurant, very old sewing machines stand proudly, symbolizing the connection between artisanal tradition and a commitment to detail.
